Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds must be requested within 15 days receiving your order.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them (photo proof of item state at time of delivery may be required).

Certain items, such as final sale items or personalized/custom products, may not be eligible for return. This will be noted on the product page.

Refunds will only be issued if all criteria above are met.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at info@tavoldingtokens.com with your order number and reason for return and/or refund. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made for same regular price products of equal value so long as both the item being exchanged and the item being exchanged for are in the same state (ex: new item for new item, used for used, etc). To request an exchange, reach out to customer service at info@tavoldingtokens.com. Please have a photo of your received product, your order number, and the ship-to zip code ready when requesting an exchange.
